Solution: Created an e-newsletter targeted to corporate executive officers at Fortune 500 companies, highlighting topical issues and trends in this new service line. Fostered partnerships with top-tier global trade publications including ComputerWorld and InformationWeek to successfully place associated by-lined and editorial articles. Managed lead generation and reporting process, helping the company to quickly turn readers into customers.
Recognition: The e-newsletter ran 19 issues over 10 months, and was translated and circulated by media in over 30 countries. In total, global circulation exceeded 30,000 opt-in, non-employee subscribers.

Challenge: Create a unique presence and awareness for a specialty health service with the objective of either increasing business or divesting the company.
Solution: Worked closely with company leadership and business development officers to create and execute a corporate identity program, including consistent and clear messaging, visual identity components and web presence. Leveraged existing materials to produce a detailed sales aid to support business development.
Recognition: The company was sold to a larger global competitor within four months of the launch of the corporate website and identity components.

Conducted over 50 hours of media training to provide counsel and share best practices with different geographic regions.

Solution: Conducted a thorough review of existing content from diverse contributors, and created a set of ‘universal guidelines’ to ensure sustainable consistency for all existing and future content. Reviewed and edited all existing website content to conform to guidelines. Managed submission and publishing process remotely using the company’s proprietary web-publishing software.
Recognition: The set of ‘universal guidelines’ for submitting content to the website was quickly formalized by the global communications department, and became a foundation for all future content.

Secured attendance of local and community media at the event, as well as positive coverage in local community outlets.
